Who we are

This website belongs to GEOSPATIAL ENABLING TECHNOLOGIES (GET), a limited liability company based at 43 Poseidonos Avenue, 18344 Moschato, Athens, General Commercial Registry (GEMI) no. 124537601000. By using the website, you accept the terms below.

Using the website

We take care that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, but we provide it as is. GET is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the website, or from it being unavailable because of technical problems, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

What you may not do

You may not use this website to send or publish content that is unlawful, offensive or harmful, that infringes the rights of GET or of others, or that contains viruses or any other code meant to cause damage or steal information.

Personal data we collect

We collect only the personal data you choose to send us:

• Contact form: your name, email and message, and, if you add them, your company and phone number. The form sends them to us by email so we can reply; the website does not store them.
• Job applications: the CV and details you email us, used only to consider you for a position.

Like any web server, ours may record technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you open, to keep the website secure and working.

How we use it

• We use your data only to answer your request and, if we work together, to carry out our agreement, such as delivery and invoicing.
• We never use it for automated decisions or profiling.
• We never sell it, and share it only with the providers that host this website and deliver our email, as far as needed.
• We keep it for up to five years, unless the law requires longer, for example for invoicing.

We process it under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and our information security is certified to ISO 27001.

Your rights

At any time, you can:

• ask which of your data we hold and get a copy
• ask us to correct it
• ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it
• object to its processing or ask us to limit it
• withdraw any consent you have given

You can also file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or statistics cookies and no third-party trackers. It only sets a cookie that remembers the language you picked, which the website needs to work and which holds no personal data.

Staff who sign in to manage the website also get the cookies that keep them signed in.

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute that cannot be settled out of court falls under the courts of Athens.
